Kathy Ross has many years experience teaching both adults and children in schools, private classes and also corporate events.
With her broad experience and artistic skillset Kathy prides herself on delivering fun, relaxed and educational workshops which cater for all levels of abilities.
Kathy runs various textile based workshops such as Needle felting, Hand Embroidery, Freeform Machine embroidery and applique and fabric collage for adults and teens alike.
Kathy also runs a variety of these workshops online allowing students to follow along at their own pace whilst still having the opportunity to engage with Kathy to discover techniques, tips and methods to improve and develop their artistic practise.
Along with textile art processes Kathy also teaches adults Watercolour, oil and acrylic painting classes. She runs her own art school in Tuam Co. Galway, and is a fun encouraging teacher.

Kathys Art School 'Smart Art Tuam' runs 5 times a week in Tuam Co. Galway. Each class is designed to teach students new skills and techniques,boost confidence and maximus creative potential in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Each term of Smart Art Tuam covers a range of art projects including, drawing, painting,clay and paper construction, material manipulation and design whilst exploring every students' own personal artistic ideas.
